What this is about

DuctTape.io is a web application for drawing and sharing AI architecture diagrams. It is operated by Mario Fraiß-Kollmanitsch; the address is in the imprint. By creating an account you accept these terms. Use is free of charge.

Your account

• You provide correct details and keep your credentials secret.
• You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.
• You can delete your account in the settings at any time. This removes all your diagrams including their publications.

Acceptable use

You do not use DuctTape.io to

• store or publish unlawful content,
• infringe the rights of others, such as copyright, trademark or personality rights,
• publish confidential information you are not allowed to share,
• disrupt or overload the service or circumvent its limits and safeguards.

Your content

• Your diagrams remain yours.
• You only grant us the right to store and technically process them as far as operation requires, and to display published snapshots publicly, including title, description and preview image.
• This right ends when you withdraw a publication or delete the diagram.
• You are responsible for the content of your diagrams. What you publish is visible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The application, its design and the DuctTape.io brand belong to the operator. Names and logos of vendors you use in diagrams are trademarks of their respective owners.

Limits

• Up to 200 diagrams per account.
• Up to 500 blocks and 1000 connections per diagram, at most 512 KB.
• Deleted diagrams stay in the trash for 30 days and are then removed for good.
• Requests per minute are limited to protect the service from abuse.

Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not promise a particular availability. We may change features or discontinue the service. You can export your data in the settings at any time.

Disclaimer

DuctTape.io is provided without warranty. We do not warrant that the service is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for personal injury. We are not liable for damage caused by slight negligence, as far as the law permits. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Suspension

If these terms are violated, we may remove publications and suspend or delete accounts.

Changes

We may adjust these terms. The version published here applies. We announce material changes in the application or by e-mail.

Governing law

Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected.
